Registration for before and/or after care will open on Monday, July 2th at 7am.

If your student will be an afternoon car rider or walker, you must have a 25/26 school year WES Car Rider/Walker tag displayed when picking up your student/s!
Please fill out this form in order to get your 25/26 tag. Tags from last year or hand written tags will not be accepted. All forms filled out by Tuesday, July 31st, will be available for pickup at open house on Thursday.

Please review this important information that has been sent to parents regarding changes that will go into effect at the beginning of the 2025-2026 school year, following the enactment of House Bill 340, the Distraction-Free Education Act, and additional updates to the student code of conduct.

Pre registration for before/ after care opens on May 5 at 7:00 a.m. and closes on May 16, 2025@ 4:00 p.m. It reopens on July 28, 2025. Sign up can be done via Revtrac. Parents please note that if you have a balance on your Before/After Care 24-25 account, your registration is not guaranteed.

Families are invited to drop in to their zoned school for registration assistance, a school tour, and a glimpse into the Kindergarten day!
